RPW Group, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Robert P. Weisz and has since become a premier manager of commercial property in the New York tristate area.
Founder Robert P. Weisz was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay, the son of a furniture-maker. After attending college in Brazil, Weisz moved to New York with hopes of bringing to life his own American dream. Within three short years, Weisz had set up a thriving wholesale furniture business, and was in the market for a building in which to warehouse his inventory.
Most important to us, however, is our wholehearted commitment to integrity and customer service. As a multi-generational family business, we know that each of our business decisions reflects on our name and reputation. For this reason, at RPW, a verbal agreement is as strong as a signed contract. Our reputation for integrity is further bolstered by a company culture that prizes excellent service, and each member of our team is personally invested in providing a stellar customer experience. We believe this two-pronged corporate philosophy largely accounts for our consistently high renewal rates and low vacancy rates.
That being said, we at RPW recognize that our success is due in no small part to the communities in which we operate. For this reason, giving back is something we take very seriously.
